  My primary doctor is great and is the only reason I am still going to this clinic. Have bad experience 5 times or more with the lower level assistants there at the front desk where you sign up for blood drawn and the workers in the blood draw area. They think the customers are working for them and gave me attitudes. I am looking to switch to another health care provider; I don't want to go to a provider where I don't feel welcome and not wanted there.

  I have an excellent Primary Care Provider at the Diamond Bar location. Too bad I can never see him when I need to. Today's experience of being told I have to wait 3 months to see him next was the last straw. I've been a patient there for over 15 years.
